[DL] MMD Tether Accessory

So, I made and rigged this tether/lanyard/clip thingy in-between projects, and thought I'd release it. I have no idea what it can be used for, but I'm sure its individual parts will come in handy here and there, so here is is for everyone to use [or part out] and enjoy. ^_^
