[DL] Binary Matrix SkyDome

The Matrix. In blue binary.

General Info:
The preview pic shows the SkyDome as it looks in MMD, with the cam view backed out to encompass the entire SkyDome's field. The staging axis is displayed to make the SkyDome's relative overall size easier to view. The updated modeling template this SkyDome set uses tips the scales at exactly 10k polygons (the original template I designed in Metaseq for testing purposes was only 3k).
